EAGAN, Minn. The Vikings held Wednesday's practice in their Indoor Practice Facility to avoid high winds and fields iced by an overnight storm.
Minnesota (4-7) will visit Seattle (8-3), where temperatures for Sunday are forecast to be in the 40s with minimal wind.
The Vikings opened the doors to the IPF to lower the temp of the non-climate-controlled space.
Prior to the practice, Head Coach Kevin O'Connell told Twin Cities media members J.J. McCarthy (concussion protocol) advanced to being able to be limited during individual drills. Undrafted rookie Max Brosmer took first-team reps with the offense, and John Wolford ran the scout team.
The team is scheduled to practice Thursday and Friday.
Game status designations are to be announced by the teams on Friday.
