Seahawks Activate RB George Holani & TE Elijah Arroyo From IR

The Seahawks activated two players from injured reserve ahead of Sundays NFC championship game.

The Seahawks activated running backGeorge Holaniand rookie tight endElijah Arroyofrom injured reserve ahead of Sunday's NFC championship game against the Rams.

Running backZach Charbonnetand guardBryce Cabelduewere placed on injured reserve to make room on the 53-man roster.

Holani, who was placed on injured reserve in late November with a hamstring injury, returns to give the Seahawks needed depth at running back after Charbonnet suffered a season-ending knee injury in Seattle's divisional round victory over the 49ers. Prior to his injury, Holani had 22 rushes for 73 yards and a touchdown while also playing a big role on special teams.

Arroyo, a second-round pick out of Miami in the 2025 draft, missed the final four games of the regular season and last weekend's playoff game on injured reserve due to a knee injury. In 13 games, Arroyo had 15 catches for 179 yards and one touchdown.

Cabeldue, a sixth-round pick out of Kansas, appeared in eight games during his rookie season playing 32 snaps on special teams, as well as 24 snaps on offense as a late-game substitution in lopsided wins over New Orleans, Washington, Minnesota and Atlanta.
